This policy covers only the Beeplife marketing website (beeplife.ca). It does not cover the clinical video-visit application, which is a separate, PHIPA-governed system with its own privacy notice.

No personal health information (PHI) is collected, stored, or processed anywhere on this website.

When you use this website, we may collect: your email address if you sign up for the newsletter, and the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form.

With your consent, we use optional analytics: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure how visitors find and use the site, and Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with pages so we can identify usability problems. These tools are only loaded if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

These analytics tools may process data in the United States and other countries, your data may be subject to foreign laws as a result.

Where session recording is used (Microsoft Clarity), we mask all form field content and we do not record sessions on individual service pages, the contact form, or the physician application form.

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, any health information through this website.

We use the information above to respond to your questions and send newsletter updates you've opted into.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Personal health information is only ever collected within the separate, secure Beeplife clinical application used for video visits, never on this marketing website. That application has its own privacy policy governing PHI under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA).

We retain contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements.
